All orders purchased under “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund

Cancel an order

BIRCHCITY can only cancel an order if it has not shipped yet. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the instructions for a return.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing item

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, or part of your order is missing, please contact us ASAP so that we may fix the issue

All gift cards are sent via email and cannot be exchanged or returned for cash
